Celulitída, väčšie bruško a prsia podliehajúce gravitácii. 16 presvedčivých dôkazov, že ideálne ženské telo jednoducho neexistuje

KatkaR

Každá z nás chce vyzerať a cítiť sa krásne, príťažlivo a sexy.

Možno vás to prekvapí, no od dokonalosti má často poriadne ďaleko.

💃🏼|🙅🏼 Left photo: Favourited out of the 8 taken & posted. Right photo: Immediately deleted & forgotten about. Both photos unedited & seconds between them. I do so many of these but this one is my scariest & most exposing so far. I was going through my recently deleted folder ready to 'delete all' but saw the right photo & recovered it. I felt this sense of guilt that I'd deleted it & posted the left one. A year ago I would've been left feeling so unhappy by how I look on the right & deleted it forever like it never happened but it was a huge reminder for me today that Instagram can be such a 'perfection trap'. I'm clearly super happy in the right one after @brontekingg had cracked a hilarious joke, I don't hate it but the lighting isn't 'flattering' nor is the way I'm holding my body or the angle of it but it's ME. Both of the photos are me 🙋🏼 I am proud of how I feel about my body looking at these photos. I feel like I look healthy in both & look after myself but also live without controlling myself like I have done in the past. So your Monday Motivation all the way from Singapore: People post the best photo out of a bunch taken… I know it's said a lot these days but it helps me a huge amount too. If you see a photo of yourself in 'bad' lighting or an 'unflattering angle' just remind yourself how beautiful you are & that you're ALLOWED to look like that. We were not made to be Barbie dolls who LOOK insanely good 24/7, we were made to be humans who FEEL insanely good 24/7 💛

✖️NEWS FLASH ✖️ Our bodies are not perfect. We see models, filtered photos, and perfectly posed people all day long. Often times it causes our expectations to change. We start to believe that those people look perfect in every situation at every angel. But the reality is, posing makes a difference. Our skin gets pulled, smooshed, dimpled, squeezed, stretched, smoothed etc all day long. We are NOT 2 dimensional photos walking around. We are real. We are fluid. We are constantly changing. Learn to love YOU for YOU. Your worth is not connected to your outward appearance. Love your body for what it does. Love your body at EVERY angle. Every dimple. Every crease. Every inch. YOU are worth receiving that love ❤️. 📸repost from @yogi_lainey . . .

"I have cellulite, much like every other women on the planet.🙋🏼 And yes, in certain poses and lighting my cellulite can look better or worse. First i was very insecure and ashamed about having it. But why hate it and be unhappy, when you can accept it and maybe work on it and be happy🤗 ⠀ I'm not gonna write a very long story, so let me tell you this. "Imperfections" or "flaws" are there, they make you human. And if it's something you can fix, that's okay, but it's also okay when you can't fix it. Please don't be too hard on yourself. You are just perfect as you are!" 😍 – 💪 Follow @thefittestbody for the best fitness & health content! 👇 tag – comment – share to support! – 📸 @nienkke | All rights and credits reserved to the respective owner(s)

Working out 🌿 These photos were taken when I hadn’t worked out for 3 weeks (I haven’t worked out for a month now). If I had done this a few years ago when I worked out 6 times a week, I would’ve been upset about “losing all my progress”, “gaining weight”, “losing abs”. But the reality is that my body hasn’t changed drastically, and even if it did, why does it matter? We shouldn’t focus on these things. I used to think working out would help me get any body type. But you can’t workout to get a body that’s structured completely different to yours. Be motivated by someone to workout. But don’t get upset if you don’t get the same results they have. We’re all built differently, you’ll never be able to look 100% like someone else. So please embrace your differences. Society is messed up and markets from our insecurities. Body parts and body types go in and out of style. They know that someone with a certain body can’t achieve a certain “body ideal”. But they don’t care. They’ll market 1000 calorie detox diets knowing that that is unhealthy. But make you feel like you’re lazy and not determined enough when your body goes into starvation mode and starts craving and eventually eating the things you’re “not allowed to eat”. Society makes it seem like you aren’t healthy if you’re not working out constantly and giving 100%. But not everyone works like that. Not everyone wants to plan their life around healthy eating and working out. And that’s okay. That does not make you lazy or unhealthy. We have interests in different things. We prioritize different things. Know that you are absolutely amazing the way you are. Don’t think you need to change yourself to be considered beautiful. Everyone has beauty in them. Everyone has their own uniqueness that makes them beautiful. 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #bodyposi #loveyourself #youreworthy #loveyourbody #eatinggood #stopcomparing #nourishnotpunish #dietsdontwork #losehatenotweight

Okay. So this was TOO GOOD to not upload. 😂🙌🏻 . Clearly there is such thing as a good photo and a bad photo. 😩 . . I'm not feeling myself today, my stomach is a bit of a mess #ibs 😤 and was gonna take some photos and took the photo to the right 💁🏼 and then I was just like nah. Which resulted in photo to the left. 😂 . I'm obviously doing my least flattering photo pose, fun thing is, don't know what happen to my face 😂💁🏼 but that's how I feel on the inside today since my body won't cooperate! . . And when I looked on the photos I was chocked about how much of a difference it is 😂🙌🏻 and I just wanted to share this 10 second #transformation that made me laugh to you guys 💋. . So do not trust everything you see on Instagram, don't be upset if your tagged in a photo somewhere and it's not a flattering one 🙈 we all have bad angles and most of all BAD MOMENTS where we can look like something completely else then we thought we looked 😂💁🏼. . I think I look charming on the photo to the left 💁🏼🤷🏼‍♀️ haha! Mabey not! 😬 . Anyway, here is a #realitycheck for yall to not be discouraged about "the perfect" photos you see on Instagram or anywhere on social media! ❤️

You’re stronger than you think🌿 I was going to make a post about Instagram vs reality again but since my scoliosis scar was so visible in this I thought why not talk about that since I never really do. When I found out I had to have surgery when I was 13 I thought my life would never be good again. It was scary news to get as a 13 year old. But now, most days I don’t even think about the fact that my spine is covered in titanium. But when I do, I remember that I’ve overcome so much. It makes me realise that when we’re going through tough times it seems like we’ll never get over them. But we forget about all the past difficulties we’ve already overcome. We forget how strong we really are. No matter how tough things are, we have to know we can get past these tough times and keep trying no matter how many times we fall down and think we can’t get up. It doesn’t matter if that means you have to take a different route or take longer than others. We all have different lives and face life differently. We all have our own struggles. There is no one way to live life or a guideline to life. You are not a failure. You are not less worthy. Live life your way. Don’t compare yourself because we are all different 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #strongerthanyesterday #mentalbreakdown #notgivingup #bodylove #scoliosis #embracediversity #worthy #toughtimes

REAL TALK: the photo on the left is staged as hell. I was told where to put my legs, how to angle my arm, which way to tilt my hips and even how to hold my fingers. My eyes were watering from the false lashes and my hair will probably never look like that again. THESE ARE THE TYPE OF IMAGES WE COMPARE OURSELVES TO EVERYDAY! A posed, polished, perfectly lit snapshot of the highlight reel. Except this photoshoot was different, because after all the typically 'flattering' lingerie posing, @curvykate asked me to go home and recreate the pictures make-up free, hair undone and relaxed. Because behind-the-scenes deserves to be celebrated too! Our bodies are glorious from every angle. Posed or unposed. Polished or not. And we sure as hell don't need to compare ourselves to anybody's highlight reel, after all, the model in the magazine doesn't even look like the model in the magazine most of the time. 💜💙💚🌈🌞 You can see more about this photoshoot on @curvykate's blog, the link is in my bio! ✨ Left photo by @alisonvwebster with make-up by @sharlottejacks 💫

What is healthy? 🌿 Lately I’ve been getting comments saying things like: “You’re fat, workout. You wouldn’t have this problem if you worked out. You’re not healthy. Don’t spread an unhealthy message.” I’m not annoyed by these comments, I just wanted to share this to show that that’s not always the case!! I’ve been working out for almost 3 years. Healthy is different on everyone. You can have abs and still have tummy fat. You can workout for 3 years and look like you haven’t worked out ever! But why does it even matter? Why is appearance judged so harshly? Why does the way you look even matter? Why is society so fixated looks? We all have different bodies. There is no one size fits all with health and happiness. We put so much stress into how we look that we sometimes forget about what makes us happy. Live life so that you’re at your happiest and enjoying life to the fullest. Don’t let others dictate how you feel about your body. Your body does not define you. Your size does not define you. 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #stopbodyshaming #livelifetothefullest #dietsdontwork #effyourbeautystandards #nowrongway #bopowarrior

😱 10 second transformation 😱 Look, we all know our angles and our poses and that high waisted leggings will almost always make your muffin top 🎆disappear🎆 But, its so important to realise that someone's photo on instagram is 9 time out of 10 gonna be the best photo of themselves out of many. They're gonna pick the one that they look fabulous in, obviously. There's nothing wrong with that 🙌 the photos I post on here motivate me to keep going. I know that I've come so far. Body confidence has come as a part of this fitness journey. I wasn't always like this. Seeing people I look up to on instagram posting photos like this made me realise, hey, don't compare your worst to someone else's best 🙅 if I can manage to convince one person of the same thing, then I'll be a happy gal 😇 . . . . . Edit: Please don't take this photo out of context. The point is literally that pulling up the leggings is more flattering and that obviously I'm going to post photos that I think I look nice in. This post is supposed to be to warn ladies out there that not everything is as it seems. It's supposed to share that I'm normal, I have lumps and bumps and curves and there's nothing wrong with that. There's a lot of nasty people out there who just wanna try to bring me down but I guess that's what the block button is for 😂😂 . Credits to: @lifeofcatnip . .

🚫Reality Check🚫 I love this comparison from @nienkke You may look at it and think it’s 6 months of hard work. Not true. She took the two pictures within 2 seconds of one another. The first picture her leggings are low, back is slouched and relaxed. The second, she’s flexing, leggings at her waist. Toned and tight. As always, just shedding some light on the magic of angles and posing. It’s so easy to manipulate what you see in a picture. Stop letting it fool you and please stop comparing to the “perfection” you see on social media. 💕 . . . Follow 👉  @daniellegracep 👈 for more self love and real talk! . 🚨 I'm finally back 😍 fall down seven times, get up 8! 💪 thank you everyone for all the cute messages and wishes! I'm finally back ❤️🚨 – 90% of the photos you see on Instagram, that you compare yourself to are posed, photoshopped versions of people's lives. The left is a photo of me clearly doing an 'instagram' popular pose to make my butt look better. On the right is real life – what happens when I squeeze my bum. OMG CELLULITE – guess what ladies we all have it. Even fit chicks who workout all the time – it's completely normal. . – So please #LetsGetReal – embrace your body for everything that it is flaws and all.
